Golden Heritage Accommodation is situated on a large parcel of land with views over looking the Beechworth Gorge and Township. With the exception of the Deluxe Queen rooms in the motel, all the other accommodation styles take full advantage of this picturesque outlook.
The motel and cottage accommodation is located on the Sydney Rd/Barnard St side of the property, while the apartments (Beechworth) are on the opposite side of the property on Sydney Rd/Gorge Rd.
As with any quality accommodation the grounds and facilities are constantly being upgraded and maintained.
Guest amenities are provided including, shower caps, shower gel shampoo, conditioner and grooming kits.

Cycling Facilities
Golden Heritage Accommodation Beechworth has the most epic bike storage facility in country Victoria. Secure with RFID fob access, security cameras, self closing door and individual locks.
Over half of the facility is dedicated to eBikes with power points set up high and in easy reach and an all important shelf to rest the charger on.
For guests arriving early or wishing to squeeze one more ride in before the journey home, we have a Changeroom with toilet and shower facilities.
Located next to the Changeroom is our Guest Laundry.
Electric Vehicles are well catered for with two Teison Smart Mini PRO 22KW EV Charging Stations to cater for the Motel and Spa Cottage guest in Beechworth.
Beechworth Apartments has one Teison Smart Mini PRO 7KW EV Charging Station.
No charging station is currently available in Rutherglen.

Caring for our Environment
Conservation is important to Golden Heritage Accommodation and helps us to deliver a pleasant environment for our guests to enjoy today and into the future.
The majority of our power consumption on a daily basis is solar generated and it doesn't end there. Our housekeeping vehicle runs batteries, zero turn mower and almost all of our gardening equipment is whisper quiet and emission free.
All of our rooms, cottages and apartments have co-mingled recycle bins, which thanks to our guests have enabled us to reduce our waste by more than 50%.
The environmentally friendly chemicals used in the laundry as well in cleaning your room enable us to pump the grey water into our gardens reducing our reliance on drinking water to keep our gardens and lawn green during the warm months. The chemicals are even safe enough to use on our large collection of native vegetation.
All rooms have inverter split system air conditioners which are known for their efficient use of energy, low wattage lighting, biodegradable bin liners and guest supply containers. All quality tapware, toilets and shower heads help to minimize our water usage, but you don't have to run around to get wet.
We believe that if environmental initiatives are implemented correctly you'll hardly even know that they are there.
