Directions:
Melbourne: Head north along the Hume Highway towards Albury, after passing first Wangaratta exit look for the Beechworth sign at the Great Alpine Road exit. Turn right onto Great Alpine Road and once you reach the 80km signs at Tarrawingee, veer left onto Beechworth-Wangaratta Road. This road will take you through the main township of Beechworth and onto Sydney Road, with the Motel being located on the left hand site about a 1km pass the roundabout.
Canberra/Sydney: Follow the Hume Highway south towards Victoria and after passing Albury take the Beechworth/Bandiana Exit at Wodonga. This exit leads you onto Bandiana Link Road and you continue straight along this road through 4 roundabouts, until you ready the roundabout at Beechworth Road. Turn left into Beechworth Road and follow the signs to Beechworth. The Motel is located on the right hand side as you enter town, just pass the Horseshoe Monument.
Walking From Beechworth Township: Allow 15-20 minutes for the 1.5km walk. Follow Ford St towards the Information Centre and continue past. Ford St will change into Sydney road as you head past the Primary School. If you prefer to walk on a concrete path cross at the school crossing over to the right hand side, otherwise continue on along the stone path and service road until you arrive at your accommodation.
Rutherglen
Directions:
Melbourne: Head north along the Hume Highway towards Albury, after passing Wangaratta look for the Rutherglen signs and take the Springhurst exit. Follow the Rutherglen signs until you pass the 60 speed on the approach into town, then take the 3rd left into Murray ST and 2nd left into Church St. Your Accommodation is opposite the Primary School's "Big Red Shed".
Albury/Canberra/Sydney: Follow the Hume Highway south towards Victoria and take the Yarrawonga Exit, Murray Valley Highway (Rutherglen sign is located on the exit). The highway will lead you to the round-about at the end of the Main Street and the Visitor Information Centre. At the round-about take the 2nd exit into Murphy St, then left into Murray St and right in Church St. Your Accommodation is opposite the Primary School's "Big Red Shed".
