Terms & Conditions

A valid credit card is required to secure a booking or a deposit equivalent to the first night’s accommodation. This also applies to guests checking in without a reservation.

The remaining booking balance is payable on arrival, with any incidental charges settled on departure.

Guest arriving with a Prepaid Travel Agent Voucher will need to provide a valid credit card for security over the room.

Management reserves the right to ask for Photo Identification to confirm booking details.

Online bookings will have the first nights accommodation deposit withdrawn at the time of booking, this may also apply to telephone bookings during event and peak periods.

EVENT PERIODS

Bookings made during event or peak periods may be subject to an advanced deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation taken 30 days prior to the event.

This applies to Telephone, Website and Online Travel Agent bookings regardless of their cancellation policy.

All Bookings subject to a deposit will be contacted via phone or email prior to the deposit being withdrawn.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Tour Bookings
Tickets purchased for tours via this website are strictly non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date. Tours are provided by 3rd party operators who have no affiliation with Golden Heritage Accommodation.

Excluding Event Periods
Cancellation must occur 72 hours prior to booking date or the first night's tariff will be charged to credit card used to secure the booking, or the holding deposit will be forfeited.

During Event Periods
Deposits are only refundable if 30 complete days or more notice is given. Cancellations made between 29 to 15 days prior to arrival will receive 50% of their deposit refunded. Cancellations that occur under 15 days prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit.

No Show
Bookings that do not show up will be changed the full price of the booked accommodation up to the value of two days.

Minimum Stay
Bookings made with a minimum length of stay, during weekends, long weekends or event periods where a booking has been made with a minimum night stay, single nights cannot be cancelled.

Corporate guests
Please refer to your negotiated cancellation periods.

Travel Agent Bookings
Travel agent bookings, (including Agoda, Bookings.com, Expedia, Wotif, etc) please contact the company with which you made the booking to discuss the terms of your booking, cancellation and/or refund.

CARD CARD DATA

The online merchant used to process credit cards is located in Australia. All Credit card data is encrypted and stored in compliance with PCI requirements.

RATES POLICY

All rates displayed are for 2 people using 1 bed unless otherwise stated. A $10 fee applies for twin share accommodation.

Children under the age of 2 years old are free of charge when using existing bedding. Baby cots/cribs are available on request for $30 per hire.

Where a room can accommodate more than 2 people and unless otherwise stated in the Rate Detail, extra children and extra adults charged $20 per night.
